I don’t walk into classrooms.
I roll in.
Within 30 seconds, everyone in the room has made an assumption about me. Within an hour, that assumption is gone, and so are a few of their own excuses. That is the idea behind this mission: one honest conversation, repeated in 100 institutions.

Why now
Our young people have smartphones, pocket money and potential. What many of them lack is direction.
AI is rewriting job descriptions faster than any syllabus can keep up. Too many graduates are prepared to look for a job, and too few are shown how to create one. Outside medicine, engineering and the armed forces, most students have never been shown another path.

Vision
A Pakistan where every young person leaves the classroom with direction, a skill the world will pay for, and the courage to build, whatever their background, their circumstances or their body.
In one line: a generation that builds, not one that waits.
Mission
To visit 100 universities, colleges, schools and academies and hold honest, uncomfortable and hopeful conversations with young people, using a true story of resilience to move them from excuses to action, and giving them practical paths into artificial intelligence, digital skills, freelancing and entrepreneurship.
Objectives
Seven commitments we can be measured on

Reach
Deliver sessions at 100 universities, colleges, schools and academies, starting in Gujranwala and expanding to Gujrat, Lahore, Peshawar and beyond. The first phase aims for 20 to 25 institutions by the end of 2026, including English-language lectures in Malaysia in November 2026.

Mindset
Replace the belief that someone else will give us a job with a belief in ownership. Every student is challenged to name one goal before they leave the hall.

AI literacy
Introduce every audience to artificial intelligence as a practical and ethical tool for learning, productivity and earning, not as a threat to fear.

The 90-Day Challenge
Give every student a clear next step: learn one skill the market pays for, build one portfolio piece, and find one real opportunity, so they can start earning while they are still studying.

Inclusion
Change how campuses see disability by putting ability on the stage, and encourage institutions to become more accessible and inclusive.

Faculty
Offer a separate session for teachers on using AI to teach better, save time and grow professionally.

Continuity
Keep the conversation going after the event through a student community, feedback from every session and a written review after every visit, so each talk is better than the last.

Raheel Nawaz, known as Raheel WheelchairWala
A digital entrepreneur, educator and disability-inclusion advocate from Gujranwala, Raheel has built more than ten ventures from a wheelchair. He does not arrive with theory. He arrives with proof.
