1. Who we are

This website (raheelnawaz.com) is operated by Raheel Nawaz, a digital entrepreneur, forex educator and accessibility advocate based in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan. In this policy "we", "us" and "our" mean Raheel Nawaz and the team that maintains this website.

2. Scope

This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use this website. It is written to be compatible with the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and with Pakistan's data-protection framework (the Personal Data Protection Bill / PDPA principles), whichever gives you stronger rights.

3. What we collect and why

Contact form — your name, email address, subject and message. We use this only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Bootcamp and event registrations — full name, email, mobile number, city, attendance choice, companion name (if you add one), trading experience and trading status. We use this to manage your seat, send you event logistics and plan the event. Legal basis: performance of a contract you asked for, plus consent for reminders.

Newsletter / updates — if a signup form is present, we collect your email address and use it only to send updates you asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Legal basis: consent.

"Ask Raheel" AI assistant — the questions you type are sent to our AI provider to generate an answer. Do not enter sensitive personal or financial information into the assistant.

Analytics and cookies — see our Cookie Policy. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you give consent in the cookie banner.

Server logs — our hosting layer records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamp) to keep the site secure and available. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security.

4. What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
• We do not run credit checks, and we never ask you for trading account passwords, broker credentials or card numbers.
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

5. Third parties who process data for us

Broker links on the Start Trading page are affiliate links. When you click one you leave this site and the broker's own privacy policy applies. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors store data outside Pakistan and outside the EEA. Where that happens we rely on the provider's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

7. How long we keep data

• Contact form messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends.
• Event and bootcamp registrations: up to 36 months after the event, for accounting and alumni follow-up.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data: as configured in the provider, normally 14 months.
• Server logs: up to 12 months.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to: access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to processing, port it to another provider, or withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out.

To exercise any right, email hello@raheelnawaz.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/UK you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

Data is stored in access-controlled databases with row-level security policies, encrypted in transit over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
